Refund Policy

tripART productions LLC participates in several industries. These industries include art sales and art leasing, art and spatial curating, interior design and art event planning/management. As part of our suite of products and services, you may purchase and/or lease art from us or retain us for our services. This policy outlines our rules in regards to your rights to a refund and/or obtaining a refund of any purchase you've made.
YourS and our rights
You have the right to request a refund of any purchase that you've made at any time. Simply contact us about the transaction in question and we will do our best to honor your request so long as it is valid, verifiable and sensible.
We hold the right to refuse your request in the event that it does not fall within the guidelines of our policies and procedures, which we may adjust or modify at any time without notice. Any modification will be posted on this page with the latest modification date listed above.
We refer to different guidelines as it relates to leasing/renting art and purchasing art and retaining us for services. Your refund request will need to fall within the range of our guidelines for us to honor your refund request and initiate and process a refund.
Refunds for services
services rendered
There are no refunds for services rendered. Whether or not the services rendered are deemed as satisfactory or dissatisfactory does not affect this policy. When you retaining us for our services, you are purchasing time and expertise, not deliverables or results. So whether the desired result is achieved fully or not, if we've consumed time providing our team and expertise, the services are deemed as rendered and any refund request will not be honored.
If you are unsatisfied with services rendered for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation via some other mutually beneficial means.
Instances where this policy applies may be (but are not limited to):
- You cancel the project half way through;
- There's a location change and work needs to be re-done at the new location;
- There's a date/time change and there's more/less work to do within the new allotment of time.
services not rendered
In instances where you've paid us a retainer, but our services have not yet been rendered, we will refund the remaining amount of the retainer at your request. In such instances, if the project is not already complete, a refund request is an automatic cancellation of the project with us.
Leasing & Renting Art
Rentals and leases are non-refundable, except within the first 72 hours after paying for the lease and only if the artwork has not yet been shipped/delivered or installed. If you cancel your lease at any time after receipt and installation, but before your current recurring leasing period is finished, no monies will be returned.
When completing or canceling a lease, if there's any time remaining left on the contract, that remaining time can be used to lease different artwork of similar or lesser value.
Purchasing Art
Art purchases are refundable within the first 7 days after the purchase. For any refund requests after this time period, please contact us and we will work with you to discern the issue of dissatisfaction and seek to remedy the issue in a way that is mutually beneficial.
shipping & Delivery costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund after artwork has been shipped and/or delivered, and your refund request is honored and processed, you will not be refunded any of the shipping and/or delivery costs you've previously paid.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping and delivery costs to get the artwork back to our facilities and returned within our care.
installation & removal costs
Installation and removal costs are non-refundable. Once artwork has been installed and/or removed by your request, no monies for those costs will be returned. Any refunds processed will be minus these costs in the event that you incurred any installation or removal costs during the initial transaction for which the refund is being requested.
Duplicate and erroneous transactions
Any duplicate and/or erroneous transactions processed by you or by us will be returned immediately as soon as we are aware of the duplication or error. If it has not yet come to our attention (in which case we will usually notify you that we've reversed the transaction), please feel free to contact us and bring it to our attention.
